Mashed Potato Supper
Presented as part of the Fringe Film and Video Festival in Edinburgh
April 1996, The Mashed Potato Supper was the first online performance
to be staged in Scotland. This took place on a live linkup between Edinburgh
and New York. The Edinburgh side touched ground at Web 13 Internet Cafe from
2am on 21st April 96 whilst Cary Peppermints American side connected at a
five hour difference from Syracuse University.
Artists included in the Edinburgh performance were: Edward Fellows,
Simon Yuill, Pernille Spence, Caz McIntee and Lucy Scott.
